DENEENE ARNONE, OFFICE MANAGER

With over 30 years of experience, Deneene is responsible for the business management operations at MAJ. Her duties include human resources, marketing, staff development, office maintenance and all financial matters including billing, payroll and accounts payable. In her off time, Deneene enjoys hiking with husband, Bill, and is an active grandmother to her 3 granddaughters.

KERRI RIZZATO SFARZO, LEGAL SECRETARY

Kerri has been with Merrill, Arnone & Jones, LLP since she graduated from Empire College in 2000 with a Specialized Associate Degree. She is legal secretary to Michael P. Merrill, William J. Arnone, Jr. and Marlon V. Young, assisting in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, entity formation, intellectual property, trademark, governmental, health care districts, and estate planning. Kerri is also a notary public.

ESPE GUNHEIM, LEGAL SECRETARY

Originally from Spain, Espe is assistant to Michael Fish, Ross Jones and Bill Adams. With 15 years of experience in the legal field, she specializes in Civil Litigation and Family Law. Espe works hand in hand with the attorneys and their clients in navigating what can be a very difficult time in their personal and/or professional lives. In her free time Espe enjoys racquetball, kayaking, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

CAROL KARUZA, PARALEGAL

Carol is paralegal to all five partners at Merrill, Arnone & Jones. Working in the Sonoma County legal community since 1981 and a graduate of the Sonoma State University Attorney Assistant Program, Carol is an experienced paralegal who handles a wide range of matters from intellectual property and entity formation to probate and trust administration, as well as everything in between. Her duties include legal research and analysis, the drafting of documents, legal filings, and the creation and maintenance of various business entities. Her free time is spent keeping up with her two teenage daughters.

Kelly

KELLY CRAMER, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Supporting the attorneys, their assistants, the paralegal and the office manager, Kelly’s responsibilities include billing assistance, client relations, banking, research, scheduling and legal filings. Kelly is also a notary public. A mother to three athletes, she spends much of her free time in the stands of either a basketball court or a baseball diamond and loves every minute of it.
