He handles business structuring, real estate matters, estate planning, probate, and litigation.

With strong ties to the community, Marlon has lived in Santa Rosa since 1983 and is involved in Leadership Santa Rosa, Pacific Coast Air Museum, PCAM Flight Foundation and the Santa Rosa Aviation Commission.

Marlon is currently the chairman of the Aviation Commission and has assisted the airport in implementing their Aviation Element of Sonoma County’s General Plan, the extension of the runway and safety zones, took the lead on updating the airports Minimum Standards and is now working on the terminals expansion plans.

Michael has earned an outstanding reputation as an attorney experienced in his litigation and transactional practice.

Mike has been engaged in the practice of law since 1967 with a focus on business law, corporations, litigation, labor and employment, and real property matters.

Mike enjoys a wide range of connections in the business and legal community and brings a no-nonsense view of solving problems to all areas of his practice for his clients.

He and his wife, Maureen, have been major participants in the political, cultural and business growth of Sonoma County over the past three decades.

The Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce recognized Mike with the “Outstanding Volunteer in Support of Economic Vitality” award in 2007 for his leadership in bringing commercial air service back to Sonoma County.

Mike has been a pilot and aircraft owner for over forty years.

Mike currently serves as the chair of the Sonoma County Airline Attraction Committee.

Bill started his career with a boutique high tech law firm in Palo Alto, California.

There he sharpened his litigation skills representing leading technology firms in intellectual property disputes.

In 1987, Bill and his wife, Deneene, saw the greener grass of Sonoma County, and decided it was the perfect place to raise a family.

Since then, he has broadened his practice areas to include business counseling and the representation of public entities.

Bill and his wife still enjoy hiking the byways of Sonoma County and beyond.

Racquetball and Bocce Ball are also among Bill’s favorite pastimes.

In 2015, Bill retired as Deputy County Counsel for Sonoma County.
